3. All inclusions are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not convertible to cash.
4. Dining credits are valid only during the stay period and are consumable within the booked stay dates. Unused credits shall not be refunded or credited.
5. All water-based and outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions, safety regulations, equipment availability, and operational scheduling. The resort reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any activity for safety or operational reasons without compensation or substitution.
6. Rooms are inclusive based on standard room occupancy. Additional persons shall be charged inclusive of breakfast. Maximum room occupancy or extra bed policies shall apply.
7. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt and verification of full payment. The resort reserves the right to release any unguaranteed booking without notice.
8. The package is strictly non-refundable. Amendments or rebooking requests are subject to room availability. Failure to arrive on the confirmed check-in date shall be treated as a no-show, and the full amount paid shall be forfeited.
